How long does verification take?
Our team reviews documents within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email once your account is verified.
Can I test without topping up?
Yes. All APIs are available in sandbox (test) mode for free. Test mode calls never deduct from your wallet.
What payment methods are accepted for wallet top-up?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Verve, and Nigerian bank transfers via Paystack.
How do I get a live API key?
Submit your verification documents in Settings → Verification. Once approved, create a Live key from the API Keys page.
What are your SLA commitments?
We target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance is announced 48h in advance. Check our status page for real-time info.
Is my data stored in Nigeria?
We are NDPR compliant. Personal data is stored within compliant infrastructure. Review our Privacy Policy for details.
