ProStack NG — Developer Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ProStack NG Developer Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProStack NG Technologies Ltd provides a developer API platform that aggregates and routes SMS, email, payment, identity verification, and reporting services for African developers and businesses. The Service is provided from Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account at contact@prostackng.com.ng.

4. API Keys and Security

API keys are sensitive credentials. You must:

Never commit API keys to public source code repositories
Store keys securely in environment variables or secrets managers
Rotate keys immediately if you suspect compromise
Use test-mode keys (psk_test_) for development and sandbox testing
Restrict API key permissions to the minimum required scope

5. Billing and Payment

The Service operates on a prepaid credit model. You must maintain a positive account balance to use paid API services. Prices are denominated in Nigerian Naira (NGN). ProStack NG reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. No refunds are issued for consumed API credits.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

Send unsolicited communications (spam)
Facilitate fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
Circumvent rate limits or attempt to disrupt the Service
Access or collect data from the Service using automated means beyond normal API usage
Violate any applicable Nigerian or international law

7. Rate Limiting

API keys are subject to rate limits of 100 requests per minute per key. Exceeding these limits will result in HTTP 429 responses with Retry-After headers. Persistent abuse may result in account suspension.

8. Service Availability

ProStack NG targets 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via the status page. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers (Paystack, Flutterwave, Termii, Dojah).

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, and documentation, belong to ProStack NG Technologies Ltd. You retain ownership of your data submitted through the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProStack NG's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rivers State, Nigeria.
